Payments for workshops in Belgium are usually settled on the day of the workshop.

Please keep in mind that your registration can only be finally confirmed upon receipt of your payment, and this before the deadline of the course in question. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive your official confirmation of participation.

In case of cancellation, the following rules apply:

• for cancellations between 2 weeks and 1 month before the course, €250 will be imposed;
• for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, a fee of €745 is applicable.

Cancellations made before this time will be refunded completely.

Should you wish to pay the course fee and/or accommodation fee via bank transfer, please remit the fee mentioning the reference and invoice number to the following bank account:
